Solution We do not use enrollment keys. When you buy a product via our shopping cart and pay by credit card, you should have immediate access to any online videos you ordered. There are two exceptions: 1) The Paypal interface is not automated, this means a one business day delay while we manually set you up, 2) If you purchased a site license or multiple users license. For multiple-user licenses, please open a support ticket here, include the list of emails and names of users to setup, and we will do that manually.
